Save the property name, booking reference, arrival details and cancellation terms in one place. If a feature is essential, ask the provider whether it is confirmed rather than simply requested.
Contact the booking provider
For a date change, cancellation or refund, use the contact details in your actual booking confirmation. The hotel website can have different terms from another provider listing the same room.
Use the directory for corrections
If a property link or feature on The Stay Edit needs an update, send the page and the detail through the contact form. Avoid including identity documents, payment information or casino account details.
