The Stay Edit is a comparison and travel information platform. It does not sell hotel rooms, collect booking payments or hold deposits. There is no reservation balance or booking charge for this website to refund.
Changes and cancellations
Contact the provider named in your booking confirmation. Cancellation deadlines, no-show charges, date changes and refund eligibility depend on that booking’s terms. Different rates at the same hotel can have different conditions.
Before reserving
Read the final room description, payment terms and cancellation policy on the hotel website. Keep the confirmation and any important written answers from the provider.
A listing needs a correction
Send the hotel name, page and the detail to check through our contact form. Do not include payment details, identity documents or a full private booking record.
